Who handles your request

What we receive and why
When you ask for a quote, the form collects your name, email address, route and any optional phone number, travel date, passenger count, flight or ship details and message that you provide. This information is used to reply to your request and prepare a transportation proposal. Required fields are marked on the form; without them we cannot answer your request.
How the form works
The form is processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to our business email. FormSubmit states that submissions may be available in its archive for 30 days. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message. No advertising newsletter is created from this form.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information related to your request by emailing Rossiregis.rr@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
Before public launch
The retention period for inquiries in the company mailbox, and details of hosting and any international data transfers, are being finalized.
